5 Technology Rules For The Classroom


1. Leave It The Way You Found It - Make sure you are logged out of anything you were on and have the computer shut down and plugged in before you leave the classroom.

2. Do Not Personalize it/ Download anything - This computer is to remain the way you found it. There are other people using this computer. Also , Do Not download anything onto the computer , you do not own this computer , so do not download. Some downloads may cause viruses and cookies we do not want.

3. Do Not Damage The Computer - Treat the computer like it's your own .
Do Not :
  • Drop It
  • Color / Draw on it
  • Throw It
  • Lose It
  • Scratch It
If you find any damages to the computer, go to the teacher immediately to get it fixed and note that it was not you.

4. Be Professional - It's important to be professional , especially on the computer anywhere , what you do on the computer can never go away , although you delete it , it's still there. Do not go on anything but what you need to for school . No facebook or twitter.

5 . Have Fun With The Computers ! - Having computers in the classroom is always good , and fun as long as you follow the rules to having them. Keep in mind that having computers is a privilage , not a right, so it can be taken away at any time. So make sure that what you are doing on the computer at kept professional and following all the rules.
